Message from the President, 2004-2007 |
It is with great pleasure that we present to you the official website of the Singapore Paediatric Society.
This is part of the efforts of this year’s executive committee to give our society a make-over, to bring it up to date and enhance its roles in meeting its objectives.
We are also seriously looking at your needs as members and trying to incorporate programs and information to better serve you.
The Singapore Paediatric Society, being one of the oldest professional societies in Singapore, has a rich heritage and history which we will preserve. At the same time we will introduce new changes that will enhance our relevance and strength as an active professional institution.
We would like to keep in touch with you and keep you updated on the developments within the paediatric fraternity in Singapore and the region. To this end, we will need to hear from you as well and ensure that our membership records are updated.
We hope that we will be able to encourage and stimulate you to participate more actively in the activities of the society and build stronger bonds and friendship within the paediatric family.
Some of the new developments in the pipeline include a brand new newsletter format that will serve to keep you updated and in touch with other members. We will also incorporate more CME updates for you to enable you to maximize your participation in the institutional CME programs.
